Yes — it's public-record voter-file data sold for lawful contact. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC compliance on your outreach; LeadLoom performs no calling or texting.
Is it exclusive?
We sell each record once. Every Bradford County record we deliver is fingerprinted and removed from our inventory at purchase, so we never sell the same one twice. Because this is public-record voter-file data, we can't promise no other vendor has it — what we guarantee is that LeadLoom sells it to you and to no one else.
What if those leads are already sold when I order?
You're protected: checkout caps your order to what's actually available, and if anything sells out before we fill it, you're refunded in full automatically — you never pay for air.
How fresh is it, and can I see it first?
Records are bucketed by the month each person turns 65, and each slice shows its freshness tier and price. You can pull a free 10-row redacted sample of any slice in the marketplace before you pay.
What do I get and how fast?
A CSV — name, address, age, with phone numbers where available — sold to you and not resold by us, downloadable the moment payment clears, plus an emailed link.
