A "solo senior" = an active registered voter age 55+ who is the ONLY senior at their residential address (zip5 + street) on the voter roll — a conservative lives-alone proxy. It counts a senior living with younger family as solo, and conservatively excludes multi-unit buildings whose records carry no unit number; it is not a claim the person lives entirely alone. Cold public-record data; buyers are responsible for TCPA/DNC compliance and lawful use. Exclusive: each record is sold once and removed. Undeliverable orders are auto-refunded in full; delivered CSVs are final. LeadLoom performs no outreach.
