Are these people already on Medicare?
Yes. Every record is age 65 to 80, so they are past 65 and already in a plan. That is the point of an AEP list: during the Annual Enrollment Period these are the people who can actually change Advantage or Part D plans. A turning-65 list cannot do that, because those prospects are still in their Initial Enrollment window.
Do the records include phone numbers?
The phone pack does, on every record. It is priced and delivered as a phone product, so each of those Brunswick County records carries a phone number along with name, address and age. The mailing packs are name, address and age, sized for a drop.
Is it exclusive?
Yes. We sell each record once. Every Brunswick County record we deliver is fingerprinted and permanently retired from inventory at purchase, so the same one never goes to another agent, not here and not on any of our other storefronts. Exclusivity is worth the most in season, when every agent in the county is dialing the same names.
When should I buy for AEP?
September, or early October at the latest. AEP opens October 15 and closes December 7, which is 54 selling days. Buying ahead means your dialer or mail drop is live on day one instead of a week or two in, and it means you pick the county before someone else buys the records you wanted.
What if the county sells out while I am ordering?
You are protected. Checkout caps your order to what is actually available at that moment, and if any part of it sells out before we fill it, that portion is refunded in full automatically. You never pay for records you did not receive.
Is this legal to use for AEP outreach?
The data is lawfully sourced and sold for compliant outreach. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC compliance, and for CMS marketing rules that apply to Medicare Advantage and Part D, including the rule that you cannot market next year's plans before October 1. LeadLoom performs no calling, texting or mailing on your behalf.
"AEP Volume" here = cold contact records for people age 65 to 80, grouped by the month each person reached 65. Buyers are responsible for TCPA/DNC compliance and lawful use. Exclusive: each record is sold once and removed. All sales final on delivered data. LeadLoom performs no outreach.
