Why does the band stop at 75?
Because final-expense premiums are set by age at issue. The younger end of this band is where a simplified-issue policy still prices low enough to close easily, so that is what we lead with. We do hold older cohorts, but they are sold separately as PreNeed Direct, where the pitch is funeral pre-arrangement rather than a new policy.
Have these people already gone onto Medicare?
Most of them, yes, and that is usually the opening. Turning 65 is when people find out Medicare pays nothing toward a funeral, so the need is fresh rather than hypothetical. Every order is filled newest-65 first for that reason. In Franklin County the newest cohort we hold reached 65 in August 2026. How much of any one order sits at the young end comes down to county size: a large county holds thousands per cohort so a normal order fills from the last few months, while a thin county holds fewer and a big order there reaches back into older cohorts. The marketplace lists every cohort with its own count and lets you pick the exact months before you pay.
Do the records include phone numbers?
The phone pack does, on every record. It is priced and delivered as a phone product, so each of those Franklin County records carries a phone number along with name, address and age. The mailing packs are name, address and age and are available in every county, including the ones where we hold no phone numbers.
Is it exclusive?
Yes. We sell each record once. Every Franklin County record we deliver is fingerprinted and permanently retired from inventory at purchase, so the same one never goes to another agent, not here and not on any of our other storefronts.
What if the county sells out while I am ordering?
You are protected. Checkout caps your order to what is actually available at that moment, and if any part of it sells out before we fill it, that portion is refunded in full automatically. You never pay for records you did not receive.
