We sell each record once. Every Miami-Dade County senior couple we deliver is fingerprinted and removed from our inventory at purchase, so we never sell the same one twice. Records are bucketed by the month each person turns 65, and each slice shows its freshness tier and price. You can pull a free 10-row redacted sample of any slice in the marketplace before you pay.
What do I get and how fast?
A CSV — name, address, age, and both spouses, with phone numbers where available — sold to you and not resold by us, downloadable the moment payment clears, plus an emailed link.
