Yes — it's public-record voter-file data sold for lawful contact. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC compliance on your outreach; LeadLoom performs no calling or texting.
Is it exclusive?
We sell each record once. Every Miami-Dade County record we deliver is fingerprinted and removed from our inventory at purchase, so we never sell the same one twice. Because this is public-record voter-file data, we can't promise no other vendor has it — what we guarantee is that LeadLoom sells it to you and to no one else.

How fresh is it, and can I see it first?
Records are bucketed by the month each person turns 65, and each slice shows its freshness tier and price. You can pull a free 10-row redacted sample of any slice in the marketplace before you pay.

A "solo senior" = an active registered voter age 55+ who is the ONLY senior at their residential address (zip5 + street) on the voter roll — a conservative lives-alone proxy. It counts a senior living with younger family as solo, and conservatively excludes multi-unit buildings whose records carry no unit number; it is not a claim the person lives entirely alone. Cold public-record data; buyers are responsible for TCPA/DNC compliance and lawful use. Exclusive: each record is sold once and removed.
