DNC List Scrubber

Upload your list. Keep every row. Get clear registry results.

Send us the CSV or XLSX you already work from. We check every phone number against the National Do Not Call Registry and return a CSV with the results added as new columns. Your original rows, data columns and row order are retained.

  • CSV and XLSX
  • Messy exports welcome
  • $0.10 per unique valid phone
  • Exact price before you pay

Upload your list

We read your file, count the unique valid phone numbers and show you the exact price. Nothing is checked and nothing is charged until you approve it.

Three steps, no back and forth

You never wait on a sales call, a sample file or a spreadsheet template.

1

Upload your file

CSV or XLSX, exactly as your CRM exported it. We find the phone columns for you and let you confirm or change them.

2

See the exact quote

Our server counts the unique valid phone numbers in your file and prices it. You see the real number and the real total before you decide.

3

Download your annotated file

Same rows, same order, plus the new result columns. It lands on your private order page and in your inbox.

What stays intact

The most common complaint about scrubbing tools is that you get back something smaller than what you sent. That does not happen here. This is an annotation, not an edit.

Every original rowNothing is deleted, merged or hidden. If you send 4,312 rows you get 4,312 rows.
Your original phone columnThe value read from your phone column remains there. The normalized version goes in a new column beside it.
Your exact row orderRow 1 is still row 1. You can paste the results straight back into whatever you built the list in.
All of your other data columnsNotes, tags, agent names, policy numbers and other fields are carried into the result CSV.

What gets added

For each phone column you select, four columns are appended to the right of your existing ones. A column named Phone produces the four shown here.

Example output columns for a phone column named Phone
Name Phone Phone Normalized Phone DNC Result Phone DNC Checked At Phone DNC Source
Dolores Ayers(555) 014-2288 5550142288 No registry match found 2026-09-09T14:22:07Z National Do Not Call Registry
Marcus Feld555.014.9137 5550149137 Registry match 2026-09-09T14:22:07Z National Do Not Call Registry
Hal Overbeckext. 4471 Invalid number
June Ballard Not checked

Registry match the number is on the registry. No registry match found no registry match was returned for that normalized number. Invalid number the cell had a value that is not a ten digit US number. Not checked the cell was empty.

Example rows above use fictional names and 555 numbers.

Pricing

One rate, counted honestly. No subscription, no seat fee, no minimum commitment beyond the file in front of you.

$0.10 per unique valid phone

$10.00 minimum per file. Up to 10,000 unique phone numbers per upload.

  • A number repeated across your file is counted and billed once, then annotated everywhere it appears.
  • Blank cells are never billed.
  • Values that cannot form a ten digit US number are never billed.
  • You see the server's exact count and total before checkout, not an estimate.

Questions

What file types can I upload?

CSV and XLSX. Exports from most CRMs, dialers and spreadsheet tools work as they are, including files with notes columns, duplicate or blank column names, uneven rows and mixed phone formatting.

My phone column is messy. Does that matter?

No. Parentheses, dashes, dots, spaces, a leading 1 and stray text are all handled. Each phone value is normalized to ten digits for the check, and your original value stays exactly as you typed it in its own column.

Am I billed twice for duplicate phone numbers?

No. Billing counts unique valid phone numbers across every column you select. A number that appears five times is billed once and annotated in all five places. Blank cells and values that cannot form a ten digit US number are never billed.

What columns are added to my file?

For each phone column you select, four columns are appended: Normalized, DNC Result, DNC Checked At and DNC Source. The result value is one of Registry match, No registry match found, Invalid number or Not checked.

How much does it cost?

$0.10 per unique valid phone number, with a $10.00 minimum per file. The exact count and the exact price are calculated on our server from your actual file and shown to you before checkout.

How long does it take?

Processing starts as soon as payment clears. Most files finish within a few minutes. Your private order page updates itself while it runs, and the download link is emailed to you as well.

How long is my result available?

Your annotated file stays privately available on your token based order page for 30 days, then it is removed. Download it and keep your own copy.

Is there a size limit?

Self service accepts up to 10,000 unique valid phone numbers per file. If your file is larger, the upload step tells you immediately and you can send it through the custom request form on this page.

Ready when your file is

Upload it, see the exact price, decide from there.

LeadLoom reports what the National Do Not Call Registry says about each number you send, with the date and time of the check recorded in your file. What you do with your list after that is your decision and your call to make with your own compliance advisor. We do not make that decision for you and we do not change your list on your behalf.
