How the recurring charge works: it renews automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel. Each month you receive that month's new turning-65 cohort for your county, however large it is. Cohort sizes move month to month, so a thin month is normal and is not refunded; a month with no new records at all is not refunded either, because the standing order reserves the whole territory's cohort for you. Cancel any time from your subscription page: billing stops immediately, and you keep the month you have already paid for along with every file already delivered. Past downloads never expire. Something wrong with a delivery is a different matter — reply to the delivery email and we'll make it right. See Terms.
