LeadLoom Tools

Fund a balance once. Scrub every list after that without another checkout.

Upload your own CSV or XLSX, get the same file back with National Do Not Call Registry results added as new columns, and pay only for the unique valid phone numbers in it. Use the portal, or plug your CRM, dialer or workflow in through the API. The minimum is on the top-up, not on each file, so small recurring jobs cost exactly what they use.

Add funds

Secure checkout. Your balance is available the moment payment settles, and a private access key is emailed to you the first time.

Balances never expire. Unused balance is refunded to the original payment method on request.

Paste the access key from your funding email. Keys can be rotated any time from inside the portal.

Lost your key? Contact LeadLoom from the email on the account and a new one will be issued. Your balance and history stay put.

Prefer an API? The same key works as a Bearer token. Read the API reference.

Plug your system in

Anything that can make an HTTP request can screen a list: a CRM export step, a dialer import hook, a nightly script, an automation platform. Upload, quote, start, poll, download. Five calls, JSON in and out, every number decided on the server.

curl -s -X POST {{BASE}}/api/tools/v1/dnc/jobs \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $LEADLOOM_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"upload_token": "{{TOKEN}}", "idempotency_key": "nightly-2026-09-12"}'

Built to not surprise youHolds, not charges. A failed job releases its hold on its own. Retries with the same idempotency key never bill twice.
Your file stays yoursOnly phone numbers go to the registry source. Every other column comes back untouched, and the whole file is deleted after 30 days.
Made for the people who run listsNo per-file minimum, so a ten-row daily pull costs a dollar, not ten. Rotate keys yourself. See every cent in the ledger.

Exactly what you are buying

Billable unit
One unique valid phone number in your file. The same number in ten rows is checked and billed once. Blank cells and numbers that cannot be normalized to ten digits are not billed.
What comes back
Your original file with every row preserved, plus new columns per phone field: the normalized number, the registry result, when it was checked, and the registry source. Each checked number is labeled one of:
Registry matchNo registry match foundInvalid numberNot checked
How billing works
When you start a job, its full price is held from your balance. When the job finishes, the hold becomes the charge. If the job fails, the hold is released automatically and nothing is charged.
Your access key
Shown once, in your funding email. It signs you in here and authenticates API calls. Rotating it revokes the old key immediately. Keys give access to your jobs and balance only, never to LeadLoom data or anyone else's files.
Retention
Uploaded files and results are deleted 30 days after upload. Download your results before then.

Questions people ask before they fund

What is LeadLoom Tools?

A prepaid way to screen your own phone lists against the National Do Not Call Registry. You fund a balance once, get an access key, and then upload as many CSV or XLSX files as you like through the portal or the API. Each file comes back with every original row preserved and registry results added as new columns.

How does the prepaid balance work?

You add funds through secure checkout (minimum $25.00). When you start a job, its full price is held from the balance. When the job finishes, the hold becomes the charge. If the job fails for any reason, the hold is released and nothing is charged. Balances never expire.

What does a job cost?

$0.10 per unique valid phone number in the file. The same number appearing in ten rows is checked and billed once. Blank cells and numbers that do not normalize to ten digits are not billed. There is no per-file minimum; the only minimum is the top-up.

Can I connect my CRM, dialer or workflow through an API?

Yes. The same access key works as a Bearer token on a small REST API: upload a file, quote it, start a job, poll it, download the result. There is a full reference at /tools/docs and an OpenAPI 3.0 spec at /api/tools/v1/openapi.json that integration platforms and code generators can read directly.

What do the registry results mean?

Each checked number is labeled one of four values: Registry match, No registry match found, Invalid number, or Not checked. LeadLoom reports what the registry source returned at the time of the check. How you use your list, and your compliance with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and state law, remain your decisions.

What happens to my uploaded list?

It is processed only to produce your result. Only the phone numbers are sent to the registry source; every other column stays with LeadLoom and comes back to you unchanged. Your records are never added to any LeadLoom database, sold, shared or reused. Files and results are deleted 30 days after upload.

What if a job fails?

The hold is released automatically and nothing is charged. You will see a release entry in your ledger and can run the file again.

Can I get unused balance back? Does it expire?

Balances never expire. Completed jobs are final, because the screening was performed and registry lookups were consumed on your behalf. Unused balance is refunded to the original payment method on request from the email on the account.

What if I lose my access key?

Keys are shown once and stored only as a hash, so LeadLoom cannot read yours back. Contact LeadLoom from the email on the account and a new key will be issued; the old one stops working immediately. Your balance and job history are untouched.

Is there a limit per file?

Self-service files can hold up to 10,000 unique valid phone numbers, 20 MB and 50,000 rows. Larger files are handled by custom request.

One file, once? The pay-per-file DNC List Scrubber runs the same screening with a single checkout and no account. Come back here when the lists start arriving weekly.
