"T65" is agent shorthand for turning 65 — the age at which someone becomes eligible for Medicare. A T65 lead is a person approaching that birthday, and a T65 list is a file of those people in a chosen area, usually bought by Medicare agents and FMOs who want to reach them before their enrollment decision is made.
Medicare's Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) is a seven-month window: the three months before someone's 65th-birthday month, the birthday month itself, and the three months after. It's the one moment nearly every American must make a coverage decision — which is why data about when each person turns 65 is the whole product. A record nine months from the window is a nurture prospect; a record inside it is in-market today.
Ours are built from public voter records: name, mailing address, and age — bucketed by the month each person turns 65 — with a validated phone number where one exists. That's cold data: accurate, targetable, and legal to contact within TCPA/DNC rules, but the person has not asked to be called.
Cold T65 data is a commodity: real market rates run pennies per record, priced by freshness (see our locked grid — mailing from $0.03, phone-enriched from $0.05, sold once and removed). A consented lead — someone who filled out a form asking for help — is a different product worth $20-40+ anywhere reputable. Anyone selling "exclusive T65 leads" at $3 is selling one of these dressed as the other. We sell both, labeled honestly: county data and Live Leads.
LeadLoom sells exclusive, public-record senior lead data and consented live leads for licensed insurance professionals. Buyers are responsible for TCPA/DNC compliance on their own outreach.
