How holding a county works

The records your next deliveries draw on are held for you. While your standing order is active they are off the market for every other buyer, including the self-serve builder, and nothing is claimed until it is actually delivered. Holding a county starts at $15 a month; most counties sit at that floor, larger metros are priced by size at the per-record rate. Every standing order gets a private page, linked in every delivery email, showing what is held for you, every file you have received, and your plan.

Questions

What exactly is a standing order?

You pick a county and how much of it you want. Fresh turning-65 records are cut from that county and sent to you automatically on the schedule you choose, weekly or monthly. Nothing is re-ordered and nothing goes stale, because each drop is cut at the moment it is sent.

Is the data exclusive?

Yes. Every record is sold once and then retired from inventory. A record delivered to you is never delivered to anyone else, and it is never resold to the agent down the street. That is enforced in the data layer, not by policy.

What does it cost?

Holding a county starts at $15 a month. In most counties that buys the whole monthly turning-65 cohort, delivered to you alone; larger metros are priced by their size at the per-record rate. The price is for the hold as much as for the records: while you hold a county, nobody else can buy from it. If you would rather fix the volume, there are three flat plans. Starter is $19 a month for 10 records a week (about 43 a month) from one county. Standard is $59 a month for 25 records a week (about 108 a month) across up to two counties, with do-not-call screening, your own column format and replacements for numbers that turn out dead. Territory is $349 a month for 125 records a week (about 542 a month) across up to twelve counties, with do-not-call screening, your own column format and replacements for numbers that turn out dead. There is no setup fee and no contract.

What happens to my county while I am subscribed?

The records your next deliveries will draw on are held for you. They are removed from what every other buyer can purchase, including the self-serve builder, for as long as your subscription is active, so nobody can buy your county out from under you between drops. They are not charged for separately and they are not claimed until they are actually delivered, so if you change your plan or cancel they simply return to general stock.

Do I get my own page?

Yes. Every standing order gets a private page the moment it starts, linked in every delivery email. It shows what is held for you right now, every file you have received with download links that never expire, an export by date range, and your plan, which you can change or cancel there in one click.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your own page, in one click. You keep the month you have already paid for including its delivery, nothing is billed after that, and every file you have already received stays downloadable. There is no phone call and no retention process.

How fresh are the records?

Each drop is cut when it is sent, from the cohort entering its Medicare window. You can also set a lead time of up to six months, so you receive people before they turn 65 rather than after, which is when the seven-month initial enrollment period opens.

What is in a record?

Name, address, city, state, ZIP, date of birth and age. Phone-tier records also carry a verified phone number. Standard and Territory plans can receive the file in your own column order and date format, so it imports straight into your CRM.

Do you screen against the Do Not Call registry?

Screening is included on the Standard and Territory plans, and can be added to any phone order. Screened records are checked against the National Do Not Call Registry before delivery. You remain responsible for TCPA and do-not-call compliance on your own outreach.

Where does the data come from?

Public records, compiled and segmented by county, age band and household type. It is not a consumer report and may not be used for decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

What if a phone number turns out to be dead?

Standard and Territory plans include replacements: tell us how many did not connect and fresh ones are sent with your next drop or sooner. We take your word for it rather than asking you to prove anything.
